Elbow Method

|
|
You can calculate your frame size by measuring the breadth of your elbow. This method
tends to be more accurate than the wrist method, but it is a little more complex.
Use the instructions below to achieve a proper measurement.

|
Instructions:
- Extend your arm forward so that it is horizontal and parallel to the ground.
- Using your other hand, place your thumb and index finger on the two prominent
bones (on either side) of the elbow.
- Measure the distance between the bones with a tape measure or calipers.
- Calculate Your Frame Size using our Frame Size Calculator.
- Compare with the tables listing elbow measurements for medium-framed men or women.
